Zits or a pimple, is a usual form of excessive oil gets trapped in the spores. It’s normal skin problem which affects many people. The sebaceous gland which is located inside the pore which builds sebum. Zits form when the outer layer shed dead skin which gets glued with sebum. That skin condition forms blockage in the pores, especially at the time of puberty when the skin get thicker. Zits are inflammation of the skin in which is the sebaceous gland get infected with bacteria, fill with pus and swell up. You can even cure zits at home. The main reason of zits is excess sebum secretion by the oil gland sebaceous which trigger zits. It can occur any parts of the skin but mostly on neck, face, shoulder and back.   1. Tea Tree Oil to Reduce Zits

Tea tree oil works greatly for acne and pimple. It is one of the best methods to get rid of zits. The excellent properties of the tree oil reduce the redness and inflammation of the zits. As it is antibacterial in nature that helps in the fight against the bacteria which get glued with sebum. It also dries the whitehead and blackheads that usually form in the skin. To get rid of zits, take a cotton swab and dip into the tea tree oil. Apply the cotton swab directly to heal zits. Leave it for 15 minutes then rinse it with water. You can use tea tree oil in another way, with the help of dropper mix few drops of tea tree oil in the soothing Aloe Vera gel. Apply it on the affected area and let it dry for 20 minutes after that face your face.

Garlic is one of the effective and convenient remedies of get rid of zits. As it is antiseptic, antioxidant, antiviral and antifungal in nature. Properties of garlic heal the affected area. The Sulphur compound present in the garlic helps in speedy recovery. For this remedy, take a garlic clove and cut it into two pieces. Rub the garlic on the affected area to get rid of zits. Leave it like this for 5 minutes then rinse it with lukewarm water and repeat this remedy till it gets cured. You can chew garlic clove to remove the toxin from the blood. Don’t take it too much as it harmful and cause stomach upset.

Lemon juice is used in many skin treatment and it is very effective way to get rid of zits. As lemon contain vitamin c which reduces pimples and blemishes. It helps in dries out the zits faster. Do not use bottled lemon juice which contains a preservative in the bottled lemon juice. Use fresh lemon juice to reduce zits. To get rid of zits with lemon juice, just dip a cotton ball in fresh lemon juice and directly apply on zits before going to bed for sleep. Use another method for zits, take one teaspoon of lemon juice and cinnamon in equal quantity. Mix both the ingredients and apply it on the affected area to remove zits. Next morning wash your face with lukewarm and do this remedy till it gets disappear.

It also maintains the pH level of the skin to get rid of zits. Baking soda helps in exfoliate the skin to remove the excess oil from the skin pores and also the dead skin of the skin. For a remedy to get rid of zits, add one teaspoon of baking soda and lemon juice or water.

Make a thick paste by mixing both the ingredients together. Clean your face before applying the paste. Apply the paste on the skin and let it dry for a few minutes. Do not keep the baking soda on the skin for a long time as it has properties which dry the skin and cause irritation. After a few minutes, wash your face with warm water to get rid of zits. Do this method twice a day for better result.

Papaya is very effective fruits for skin and helpful to get rid of zits. It is antioxidant in nature as it contains vitamin A which removes the blockage from the skin pores. It also contains enzymes which are very helpful in reducing the inflammation and make the skin softer. For this remedy to get rid of zits with papaya, chopped the papaya slice and crushed a slice of papaya. Add honey in crushed papaya and make a paste for zits. Apply the paste on zits affected area and leave it for 10-15 minutes for a better result then rinse it water. You can also make an exfoliating face mask, add honey and crush papaya. Make a thick paste and apply it on the affected area, give a massage with it on your skin. Leave the paste and let it dry then rinse it water to get rid of zits.

Honey is effective in reducing the infection and also help to get rid of zits. The antibiotic nature of the honey gives speedy recovery in healing the zits. Honey is very helpful in treating the skin condition like zits, ulcer, and burns. The medicinal properties of the honey reduce the redness and lessen the inflammation caused by the zits. It also contains antimicrobial properties which fight the infection. Get rid of zits with honey, you need to dip a cotton ball in honey and apply it on the affected area to get relief from zits. Leave honey on the zits affected area for half an hour then wash the skin. Repeat this treatment for few days.

Important Tips to Get Rid of Zits:

1). Don’t touch your face frequently to get rid of zits. As your hands get in contact with bacteria with many things and it is not possible that you every time wash your hand when touching anything. So keep your hands away from your face as they are dirty and contains bacteria. The less you touched your face with your hand the less is the chances of infection which triggers zits.

2). Rinse your face with water twice a day to get rid of zits. Wash your face twice in a day and don’t use a dirty towel to wipe your face as it contains bacteria which triggers acne. You can use exfoliate once in a week as a facial scrub. It helps in wiping the top layer and dead skin, make your skin healthier. Keep your skin moisturize as the body organ like kidney needs moisture. Moisturize your skin in each wash to get rid of zits.

3). Exercise to get rid of zits. As zits can also cause by taking too much stress, so stress also contribute to zits. However doctor still not sure how stress contributes to zits. Make a habit of regular exercise not only for zits but also good health and fitness. You can join a sports team, do a workout at home or go the gym to burn the stress hormones which leads to zits. When you are done with your exercise, go to the bathroom and take a shower. As when you sweat, it releases grim, dead skin cells and salt which get collected in the skin and caused zits.
