Take the dried flower of the chamomile and add into the boiled water container. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes then drain the mixture and keep the chamomile hot water in a cup. Add honey for taste and drink it before bedtime.

4-7-8 breathing technique can help you in fallen under the sleep in one minute. This method has really helped to get sleep faster. This method increases the oxygen amount in our bloodstreams and also slow down the heart rate. It also helps in releasing more carbon dioxide from the lungs.

Place you the tip of your tongue to the opposition of ridge tissues just behind the tissue and keep it there throughout the exercise. Make it whoosh sound by exhaling completely from the mouth, then close your mouth and inhale slowly by a mental count of 4. Hold your breath and count from 1 to 7. Take a warm bath also help to sleep faster. The warm water bath helps in dropping the temperature level of the body rapidly. When you take warm water your body temperature falls down rapidly and the brain also triggers the body cooling hormones. Hot water bath also reduces your stress and worries. You can also add essential oils like lavender oil and chamomile oil, which fragrance helps in sleeping faster. Just keep the water temperature 100 degrees F and remain for 20 minutes.
