1.) Malaria
Malaria is a disease caused by mosquitoes affecting humans and other animals. The symptoms of malaria include Fever, Fatigue, Vomiting, and Headache. In some cases, it can cause Yellow Skin, Coma, Seizures and even Death. Its symptoms begin after fifteen days of getting bitten.
2.) Dengue Fever
Dengue fever is another disease caused by the mosquitoes. People affected by dengue show only mild symptoms such as Fever. Symptoms begin usually between three to fourteen days after getting bit.
3.) Zika Virus
Zika Virus spread’s in Daytime by active mosquitoes. The Zika virus usually shows very less or no symptoms. There is no prescribed treatment for this virus, but Paracetamol and rest can help. As of 2016, there is no specific medicine or vaccinations which can prevent Zika. Zika can lead to various brain malformations and various birth defects in children.
4.) Yellow Fever
The symptoms of yellow fever include Fever, Chills, and Muscle Pain. An infected female mosquito can spread the virus and it only infects humans and other primates.

1.) Lemons to Heal Mosquito Bites

Just cut a lemon into two pieces and rub the inner part of the lemon on the mosquito bitten area for a quick relief. You can even rub the yellow part of the lemon on the itchy skin. Take a regular aspirin tablet and grind it to make its powder. Make its paste by adding few drops of water to it. Now apply that paste to the mosquito bitten area and leave it for few hours and wash it with water. You can also rub an aspirin tablet over the affected area to get relief.
8.) Alcohol to Cure Mosquito Bites
Alcohol is a very common known antiseptic that is used to get relief from mosquito bites and its irritation. It can kill most of the germs and bacteria present on the skin, which makes it a good ingredient for treating mosquito bite. Take a small amount of alcohol on a cotton ball and rub it gently on the mosquito bite. It will sting a little, but after that, you will feel relief from the itching and irritation.
