1.) Use The Honey

  • Mix one teaspoon of honey in your regular cup of tea.
  • Take a pinch of black pepper, fresh ginger paste and a little amount of clove powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients together with a half teaspoon of honey.

2.) Take Help From Ginger
