For oil pulling, take the high quality of virgin coconut oil. Oil pulling does not help in whitening of the tooth but kill the bacteria. You can do oil pulling during the pregnancy.

For this remedy for tooth pain, take 1 tablespoon of the coconut oil, put in your mouth and swish it for 15-20 minutes.
